Sweet Temptations

We visited Ronnie's University today, they held an art market there for the whole past week. It was professionally set up by Kamersvol geskenke ('Rooms full of gifts'), an events company that assists artists by providing a showcase for their art to be sold, Ronnie had a couple of things on show to be sold as well.

We enjoyed browsing through all the stalls, and what a surprise, I discovered the stall for 'Sweet Temptations, the yummiest toffees/fudge manufacturers ever! The cherry on top for me was to meet the managing director, Anita, in person. I had such a lovely encounter with her about a year ago, when I was at my very weakest. I read an article on her success story in a magazine and decided to write her an e-mail to congratulate her on her success and enthusiasm. She wrote back immediately and offered to send me a taster pack of her toffees, since it was not available in the northern parts of SA yet, she is situated in Cape Town area. Wow, what a lovely gift, she sent me samples of her whole variety and I chose the 4 in this picture, as my favorites. today I could buy some from her stall! Deeeelicious! To top it all, they are Gluten free, as indicated on the label at the back of the top wrapping.
