The Birdman of Zihuatanejo
I don't know that this guy really is the birdman of Zihua, but he was today as I was riding around town looking for a photo. I stalked him like a big game hunter as he fed the birds in various spots. I was trying to get a shot with both him scattering food and birds on the move. After two dozen exposures, I had to settle for an image showing just the bird movement (and the realization that I will never have the patience to be a big game hunter). The most disappointing part was that the exposure on this capture was way off (terribly over exposed), so I had to do a lot of work in Lightroom to get it to a point that was even remotely presentable. RAW is extremely forgiving (thank goodness), but a better initial exposure surely would have created a better final result.
