First Try

Very busy today, so this was my only photo and it's a first attempt to take a flower photo using JanetH's technique. Think I'll use a bigger torch than the pencil one I had for this next time, as it seems to have changed the gerbera from pink to purple!

Between online food shopping for Christmas and writing cards, I don't know where the day has gone. I'm going to visit my daughter for a week just before Christmas, so have to be super-organised this year or we'll be having beans on toast for Christmas dinner:-)

Still have to get the tree and put the decorations up, but that will wait until mid-week. How are your Christmas preparations coming on?
