Wrap Kebab Thing

Some friends and I enjoyed a wrap kebab thing for dinner from this stall. Bangkok has a growing Muslim population, and most places you go, including food courts and market stands, have a stall selling a Muslim influenced menu, such as this one.

Using a clay pot oven with coals on the bottom, the flat bread was made right there in the stall. Each round of dough was slapped to the top of the inside of the oven for a minute or two. Then using a long wooden spatula, the bread was pulled off the top, flipped over and cooked on the other side for another minute. It came out hot, steamy, and ready to be filled with curry chicken or beef.

This is proof. The food that comes along with Thailand's diverse population is excellent. Not that I don't like Thai food, but it's nice to have options too. :)
