The View from The Shard

Took N's brother and his wife to the top of The Shard today. The view was pretty amazing!

This is the classic shot down the Thames! I've seen others take a much better photo than this but I don't know how because the windows were dirty and the reflections were a nightmare! For a brand new, purpose built, tourist attraction they could have made these viewing floors with non-reflective glass... surely?!

Don't think we'll be going back for a second look any time soon at nearly £30 a ticket. It was good... but not that good!

Came home to the smell of the slow cooker doing its thing. I put a chilli on before we left this morning and it smells delicious.
