Bitterly cold night at the Market

For Rich's early birthday celebration, Marcia (Rich's sister) and I booked us one night at a very quaint bed and breakfast down by Pike Market. Despite the bitter cold temperatures, it was wonderful fun strolling about and dining on assorted bits and pieces that caught our fancy.

I could've easily wound up grazing my way through the Market and surrounding areas for hours, but we picked up some fresh fish, veggies, pasta (garlic basil pappardelle) and pastries, and returned to cook up a delicious meal in our room at Pensione Nichols.
