This afternoon Jane & I had a brilliant studio session.
Jane is one of my hugely talented studio manager colleagues, who helps me edit and mix programmes for transmission.

If you're lucky, the SM will bring their own technical artistry to the production and sprinkle a layer of stardust over a producer's dream.
