Time to check that everything is OK

After the very stormy weather the last couple of days, I felt I had to drive up to the cabin this evening to check that no trees had blown down and that everything in general was in order. Thankfully it was. A huge tree just missed our neighbour’s cabin by a few inches – close shave.

On my way back home I stopped in the little town of Gran close to the cabin and took this picture of the local watch and optician store – owned by a friendly and service-oriented guy, very unlike his counterparts in the big city!
