Tree is up
After school today we set about putting our tree up. I love a real tree so picked this beautiful Norway Spruce because it law at keeps its needles until well into the new year. Just last week though, I was toying with the idea of an artificial tree, that is until I saw the cost! In a garden centre down near Carmarthen, I saw a really realistic 'fake' with a price tag of £299, that works out at about 9 years worth real. Think I'll stick with real for a bit longer.
Having done a piece of work for BCBC, I readied it for print using the guidelines set out by the printer. A hi-res PDF or an eps of the file. Yesterday I got an email from them saying the document was coming out on their Rip system as having a shadow around the logo. Well, this all went on until very late last night when I sent a massive jpg and it finally worked. I don't know whether it was my version of Adobe CS or their rip but something didn't gel.
Been a hectic 2 days what with sheep coming out of the abattoir and work, but it's all put to rights with a Roche Mazet Rose that we got in the big LeClerc in Villefranche. Silly us, been going to the one in Rodez for years then realised there was one nearby all along... We live, we learn!
