You all know that there will be ribald comments in a moment but I have been dedicated to Nigella's Christmas cake recipe for many years.

I find it a very easy recipe to make and here you see two cakes in the process of preparation. The contents of the pans are brought to the boil and after cooling are mixed with flour and eggs etc
