Easier said than done....

I work in a road that is lined with Horse Chestnut trees so it's rather hard to resist picking up a few - well a lot actually. Next question is what to do with them?

I know she says - let's drop them in water and try to photograph the splashes.

Ha! Nowhere near enough light to do the job successfully - I used continuous shooting so the flashgun is out of the question so I just got my big cool-lights right up to the side of the tank and played.

I'll have to rethink my techniques or go back to the flowers for a bit! Still it was fun if wet - and I only just remembered to take my watch off before plunging my hand into the water to retrieve the conkers.....
