Calm Again

A better day today with the gales finally claming down but had heavy snow all of last night and snow showers throughout the day but also sunny spells and blue skies. Roads are a mess with snow and a foot deep in places but good fun to drive on :)

With the winds eased down, we've seen a lot more folk out and about again but still fairly quiet at work in the museum. Think a quiet night ahead with a visit to see my sister and then on the sofa with the telly :)

Popped home at lunchtime (well a slow drive down) and let the Sammy dog out for a walk. This is just down the road from my house, a little old derelict croft and road sign pointing towards my house at Cunningsburgh. Nice to see blue skies again :)
