bizarre limits

On the way to buy our xmas tree today (I like to get it before the mad rush and rainy soggy trees) we saw a lorry with it's speed limited to 56mph (pointed out to us on a sticker). We laughed and decided that it must be a conversion from a kmph law and that's why the number was random.

After buying the tree we went for brunch and saw this sign in the carpark... we found this even funnier.... does anyone have a speedometer which is THIS accurate?

Hubby has a day off for xmas shopping today so we are allowed to be a bit silly.
