My little star.

Glad to get another working week done. There doesn't seem to be enough time left over to do all the Christmassy preparations at home. Makes me wonder how my mum ever managed to organise a fanily of 6 (and she didn't drive!)

Gale force winds today, thankfully no damage for us (touch wood) and the wooden roof on the rabbit's greenhouse is intact.

No 3's School Christmas fayre this evening. No 3 loved running about and visiting Santa in his grotto. No 1 came along too, and we both had a very potent mulled wine and watched the mayhem unfold.

They deligated the face painting to some very young helpers, and No 3 was very pleased with her Pirate face. No 1 wanted a big yellow star on her face. It was truly awful ! She looked like she had jaundice ! But, true to form, she proudly wore it all evening.
