Sorry, really not a great deal of inspiration or capability today.

Dislocated my knee last night. Idiot!!!
Only got as far as the garden today.

All in all, not conducive to a good days photography.
Just another Macro of a Hoverfly I'm afraid but it'll have to do.
More painkillers please, and coffee.
