Mayhem at the writers' party

I don't know why, but there was a certain amount of mayhem at our writers' party tonight. Everyone talking at once when we were supposed to be going round the circle for example. Here's someone setting off a party popper!

We did manage to play pass the parcel without too much mayhem, but, sadly, we didn't get around to literary consequences. That was Too Bad.

Maybe the wind made everyone a bit crazy - though we didn't have it anything like as bad as in the east and north.
