All change.
What a windy stormy night it was in Scotland with the ensuing chaos caused by bridges being closed to traffic, vehicles being blown over, trees down and power lines damaged. I decided to stay put for a while and prepare something in my slow cooker for tonight and the freezer for when i return from holiday. Eventually I got kitted out and the dogs and I set off for the moor. It was sunny when I left home but a sudden flurry of sleety snow on the car windscreen warned me that it was changeable - and so it continued. From where I was walking on the moor I could see the swathes of snowy clouds hurtling towards me and twice had to take shelter as much as i could behind a larch tree as the blizzard swirled around me. The dogs were oblivious and by the time the walk was over i to was glad I had been out as I felt very alive and invigorated. The views were constantly moving but I liked the way this one shows the swirl of the snow filled clouds curling round to envelop the bright blue sky beyond.
