Temporary umbrella

We'll settle for the word 'inclement' to describe the storm which greeted those commuting this morning in Glasgow and many other areas. Most umbrellas would not have lasted the morning as for example outside my house, a wheelie bin was blown several yards on to the road. There have been worse storms, for sure, but today's to and fro commute was quite the adventure. This ad then, in a multi-story car-park near my work, was, in the context of the brutal weather, pretty ironic. Brolly hire is a new one on me, and fair enough, no doubt it's a popular scheme as drivers park and walk to local shopping areas and malls. Doubt if many deposits were returned today though.
