Rainbow skies and sunsets

The strange rainbow clouds caught my eye tonight and it was just timed nicely with the sun setting. Bad winds this afternoon brought quite a few trees down and on passing a street light seconds later it came crashing to the ground which was very scary.Its been bad enough here so dread to think what the east coast will be like.
Well last nights quiz was great fun and for a lot of the night our team was in second place up until the last round and then guess what we changed positions, no not into first place as you were thinking but unfortunately into third, shame.
I then went on to have a night without almost no sleep as my little dog Theo had two fits. A trip to the vets resulted in a change of medicine and an upped dose, the vet seems to think stress is a big factor. A relaxing DVD for us both later then and a hopefully fit free night. Unfortunately an early morning for me on my day off as its my nephews christmas play time, then hopefully i will get some christmas shopping done.
