brick toast!?!

i know, it's been a while since i've blogged, but my life has been so very productive at the same time.
today, my monday friend came to visit me and we had lunner (lunch+dinner) at a local restaurant. this is our order of "brick toast." despite the name, it's quite delicious. it has a crispy hard outside (steak knife needed) and a soft, sugary inside. we chose the butter coconut brick toast, and being that it was my friend's first time, he absolutely loved it.
