One a Week - Project

40 degrees

We drove out to Cabra Corral for a lunch of pejerrey, which is a locally caught fish. Anyone who has visited Salta will probably know Cabra Corral for rafting and bungy jumping, both which I have done in the past but I fear those days are long gone now. Its also a great place to go fishing if you ever get the chance.

On the way home we passed by the finca owned by another uncle, there are so many, where tobacco is grown. It was quite a brief visit this time but the venue of many great asados in times gone by.

I nearly forgot to mention how hot it was, hence the title. I asked the owner of the restaurant to take a snap of the family which includes a rare appearance by me.
