Strong winds again

No it is not our washing line. The fence post is attached to the brick wall which suffered major damage a few weeks ago when we had a mini tornado whip through Essex. The wall is condemned and needs to be rebuilt. The orange line connected to the post is to try and prevent the strong winds flexing the panels and post and thereby bringing the wall down. We live in hope.
