Sidewalk Construction

I don't know whether it's economic stimulus money...or just part of the plan...but I feel like I've spent a year or so dodging pavement and sidewalk construction and redesign around campus at the university where I work.

There have been days when it's taken me 15 or more minutes to walk from my car to my office. They should have been issuing maps!

There was a time when one could not drive onto campus through one entrance and continue through to exit from the other (we are a fairly small campus ... if you don't count 500 acres or so of prairie and sculpture park.

So...anyway, this is about the end of the (re)construction...isn't it? Puh-lease!
