Under the Bridge

Today I have felt nothing, spaced out and like everything, including me, is going in slow motion. There has been plenty of tears and I don't know why.

I felt like getting out later on in the day, was feeling cooped up. Went for a tea with my book , but ended up sitting people watching and again felt tearful. Gave up and headed along the Water of Leith where this Heron was standing .
