"Families" ...

...Down at the river late this afternoon, it was cold and very windy after more than 2 inches of rain we've had - even the waterbird families were scarce today, and just this family braved the wind and the sudden cold we have experienced today..

...It's 23degC at the moment - but then again - that's pretty cool in comparison to the last few days - we'll make the most of it though and it surely has been good to see the rain too...
