Entertained while waiting for the train.

We missed our train by seconds this evening, but that meant that we got to go and look at Waterloo station's Christmas trees and listen to some carols. D was spell bound. I'm now wondering whether to risk it and take it to my old school's carol service one evening next week.... will he stay still or would I have to sit on him?!

D was in a very good and bouncy mood on the train. He saw a friend of his (another commuting toddler) and discovered that his dinosaur roar (complete with hand gestures) was enough to set her off howling. He was delighted - little monster! Eventually her Mum persuaded her to respond with another animal sound and that kept them entertained and laughing for the rest of the journey.
