Off to an audiology appointment with one of the kids. We had this sent as a reminder not to forget to come. No wonder. It's quite shocking how much time and energy is wasted by people not bothering to turn up to these things. Sometimes, people will have genuine excuses, sometimes people really do forget but not to this extent
