Unashamedly invasive
Today we went on a hike looking for orchids in the rainforest of La Reunion. Found lots of orchids, which were interesting, obviously (and caused long photography queues in the forest) but what I found most striking was the bright pink fuchsias and purple foxgloves that were all over the place in amongst the native trees. You almost had to admire how these escapees from gardens were so unashamed in their invasiveness.
