The Healing of the Nations

I went to sunny Blackburn today and saw this sculpture on the east end of the Cathedral next to the station. It's eight metres in diameter and made of stainless steel and copper. The title is taken from the Book of Revelation and is meant to give a message of peace and harmony. Quite afew nations seem not to get the message at the moment (or at any time really)
