A date with John Smith

Tonight was date night. All because ever since I heard john smith on radio 2's folk show, I've been enjoying his music almost daily! He was at band on the wall tonight, and so to kick off proceedings me and boo went to a stodgy Mexican eatery around the corner to stuff out faces with delicious pulled pork burritos: we then took our seats, 2 rows from the front, to watch the husky voiced, finger picking, guitar wizard. I absolutely loved it and it was so much better than I could have imagined! I hope boo enjoyed it as much as me because those type of intimate gigs are very few and far between.
