Sunrise in Toon

It's ages since I took any sunrise shots so today with the forecast fair and sunrise at a very sociable hour it was time to put that right. I'd considered going to the coast but the tides weren't quite right for what I had intended so the Quayside it had to be. EP is off this week too so he kindly came along to 'caddy' as he describes it! Very kind of him as it required an early start and a long stand in the cold! However I treated him to a bacon sanny at a smashing wee coffee shop when we'd finished. All in all, a great morning. Contemplating putting the tree up later......
