Nice and sunny out...had breakfast out at The Antiquary and also went to Eteaket. It was the first Sunday in long enough that we had to ourselves due to getting an offer for the flat, and not having to be in cleaning and showing total strangers our house.

A bizarre but vital practice indeed.
