Sugar High

I took a dessert cooking class tonight with my friend, Kim. The class was a lot of fun but I don't know how I'll sleep tonight because I am on a Sugar High.

This is a Rum Cake I made with a vanilla bean custard inside, almonds and whipped cream on the outside.
