Pierre left first thing this morning. I hate it when he goes but given that it's only three weeks until he moves in permanently, it's getting easier and easier as I know it's not long until he's here for good :)

Called in with mum this morning. She was minding Marie-Claire and I stayed for lunch (bacon sandwiches!!) with them.

Made mince pies, wheaten bread, homemade stock, and vegetable soup when I got home. The house smelled great :)
