Above my head....

I saw these beautiful fungi growing about 6ft up a horse chestnut tree at the weekend, and today I finally got to take a shot of them.
The poor tree had quite a lot growing out of it all the way up, but this particular photogenic clump was well above my head, which wasn't a bad thing as I was able to get a shot looking up showing the gills.
I am not sure what fungus it is, possibly Honey fungus, but I am guessing whatever it is bad news for the poor tree! Which is a shame as a fair few of the trees round my way have been felled already.
