Christmas Roses: take 2

I blipped these about 10 days ago as buds. Some are now fully out, but still lots more to come, so I'm sure they will be blooming on the day for which they are named. I see there's an added extra bit of insect life too, which I didn't see until I uploaded the shot! I knew it would be a busy day today so nipped into the garden mid-morning to make sure I had something to blip later.

It's been a grey day here, not particularly cold, but really dreich to use that guid Scots word. Difficult to tell day from night too! Forecast is snow and blizzards later in the week which I am not looking forward to. Yep, it is definitely December!
