And time on time again I walk on by

DDW December Challenge by Molly May Something you Treasure.

My two treasures. One from each of my Babies.

The Snow Suit was Boy's. He fitted in it immediately, he was a long baby. In that little suit, I took him in to meet the chaps in my work, and sat horrified as Eddie held him by the zipper and swung him round in a full arm swing. Boy was blonde and blue eyed and I can still see that little pouty mouth smiling out at me from the hood.... Even now, 22 years on, I think he'd still suit the minty blue hood.

The Shoes are Tooliebelle's first "real" proper "patent" shoes. And herein started the love of footwear. Tooli would get these on her feet and smile in approval at her toes. Dirt was not allowed to be on them, or water, or grass, hence carrying was the order of the day. Eventually she relented and the shoes were worn until her little tootsies had stretched beyond their size, and now, 19 years on, she has stretched beyond my size of shoes...

I will never, ever give these away, and they stay in a very safe wee hole very close to my bed, and I am prone to holding them close every so often.
