Sa Penya

So much to say! last night was amazing! J had been chatting to Karen and Luke and decided to commit his life to God having being brought up going to church but never fully believing it himself, so there in the middle of all of the bars the conversation went something like:
J: "So now I get baptised then?"
Luke: "yeah if you want"
J: "when can I do it?"
Luke: "How about tomorrow? 4 o'clock?"
J: "Sure, great! See you tomorrow!"

How amazing is God!

So the day started with going down to the beach and having a baptism, word cannot describe how exciting it was!

We continued the day by going to Old Ibiza Town, we climbed to the top of the oldest part of the town and had amazing views of the island including the areas where Danny, Lydie and Asha will be living and praying for (picture). We prayed over the island and specifically for Sa Penya, getting words of encouragement for their mission, something that all the teams have done this summer. We spent the rest of the day shopping in the markets of Ibiza Town and also got to walk through to Sa Penya, it was great to see how we can be praying for them and the area. Think it scared Cath to see where the church is sending them though!
