One last trip to the sea

Went to the conference this morning to catch up on the modelers work and then off out this afternoon to get my only chance to surf the Aussie waves at Torquay surf beach very close to Bells. Hired a board from a very nice guy who used to live in Birmingham (well Stourport to be precise!) and then off we went

Brilliant hour in the water - the waves rolled in slowly but gave more time to judge and ride - I am going to miss this

Into the city for tea at UC - got there just in time - no sign of Hercules though I'll have to go find him later - I bet he's not far from the kitchens - the cook calls him El Gatto!!
