Iya Valley after the rain, Oboke, Shikoku

This is the view from where we stayed at Ku Nel Asob, Oboke. Not only was tehre great scenery but really enjoyed going to the spa here and getting toasty warm in the outdoor cypress rotemburo bath. Also amazing vegan food - no really! - the chef made us chocolate cake with no chocolate! delicious cashew nut and persimon cheesecake without cheese and best of all mountain sashimi. Thats sashimi that tastes like fish but is actually made from a japanese potato! Amazing!
