Outdoor Run

Tonight I went running outdoors for the first time. Talk about a difference! I got my butt kicked from the change in inclination (something I don't do on the treadmill).

I'm going to have to up the endurance to make it up some of those steeper areas.

I'm so glad I'm sticking to my regimen so far!!
