Here We Go!

Blipbear and Kiwi are excited. I'm depressed.

I have some dear friends and some family members who are hinting that I'm having a bit of trouble letting go of these two. Based on the fact that I've kept them for over a month I can see where that observation came from. I'll admit I've been dragging my feet a bit, but today I took a deep breath, boxed them up, with their blanket of course, and took them to the post office. Once I had the kindly clerk's promise that they had a tracking number, were insured, and would safely arrive in Michigan by the end of the week, I gave him the box he pried the box from my fingers and put it in the proper bin. I thought it could have been handled a little more gently but I'm pretty sure if I had attempted to correct the situation it would have been some sort of security breach and would have involved handcuffs.

I've left notes, posted on geocache, and now will say one final time for all to see that if Blipbear and Kiwi ever need a place to stay (or to live) they're always welcome here. I'll even come get them if necessary.
