Snow caps

It looks like these thistles put their caps on to brave the cold weather.

Temperatures were slightly warmer today so some of the ice is melting. I only hope it stays warm enough until it's gone so it doesn't re-freeze.

Had to take Riley on a leash walk today because deer hunting season started today and Mr. M doesn't want me to take him anywhere near the woods. I'll have to do this for two weeks.
