Waiting for Godot (and the mothercraft)
So - skirting boards cleaned (tick)
Walls washed (tick)
Front garden weeded (tick)
Anything incriminating stuffed into cupboards (tick).
Murphy’s Law stipulated that, having made a booking at the theatre this evening, the mothercraft’s plane was surely going to be late (it was).
Set new land speed record getting from airport to home, and from home to theatre. Be-damned if we were going to miss seeing Hugo Weaving and Richard Roxburgh in Waiting for Godot.
