Birthday Boy

Visited Mr E in his den digs. We took presents and cake. Miss H was also visiting at the time. It was wonderful to see them both.

The room was tidy! Hoovered even!! With an aromatic candle to freshen the air!!!

A woman's touch I suspect. Still it was great to see them both looking so happy and talking so animatedly about their courses. We picked a day when Cardiff was playing Arsenal at football and Wales v Australia at Rugby. Cardiff was bursting at the seams! We always seem to pick the busy days!

Anyway we had loads of fun.

On the wall is his old football shirt (when he was aged 9). Behind him is my bike (donated to the cause).

On the other wall is Jim Morrisson - a poster that has followed him for years now. But most of all - they both seem to be excited with the roman candles on the cake and they both seem to be rubbing their hands! A habit I thought was purely Mr E.
