Monday mincemeat 'pick me up' pies!

As suspected these were indeed required; just as well they were piping hot and just out of the oven as the school bus dropped off.
Been a busy old day and on very little sleep so I'm seriously flagging now. Dog walk, errands, wages, admin, banana cake, strawberry jam, dog walk, mincemeat pies......surely no one will want dinner as well?
Think it could be a very quiet evening in the Cakes household!
