Santa from a Workshop

You can go out and spend a bunch of money on blow-up decorations to have something 3-D to put in your yard.
But if you buy a simple sheet of plywood and some paint you can end up with a one-of-a-kind ornamentation.

I haven't done either of these things----but I think I like the homemade better.
