Fun afternoon up at the Edenmill Farm Food Festival. Mrs McG gave a fantastic bakery demo, letting the general public into a few of the secrets of how she makes some of the fantastic Hels' Bakehouse breads.

Watch out, Paul Hollywood - there's a new sheriff in town, and she's brought her sourdough!
