A Thousand Blips!!!!

Who would have thunk it that after cautiously putting on my first blip in February of 2011 that I would still be posting pictures? Not me.

But...here we are...and what a ride it's been.

Didja ever notice how many things are round...that are circular? They're everywhere. Look closer at the zeros, and you'll see my favorite ice cream, 3 decorator plates, a tin of Grizzly chewing tobacco (not mine), a wound up bike lock (PIES is the combination), a bronze calender, my Consumers Power meter, a painted rock of our dog Mindy (by Naturelover), and a photo of Lisa and I at the high point of New Hampshire...Mt Washington.

The one's are less flashy. My favorite book...Centennial by James Michener, and one of my favorite cartoons...Charlottes Web.

I don't know where I'm going from here...Blip-wise. Sometimes...it seems like it almost controls your life. ("I can't relax...I don't have a blip!") On the plus side...I love seeing pictures from around the world, and I love the friendships that we share online. But, (there's always a but) on the minus side...sometimes I think it takes too much time to do it justice...both in the time it takes hunting for photos, or the time it takes roaming through the web site.

Stay tuned. I might take a break, or I might just post if something comes to me. Or...I might just Blip-struggle along through our Michigan winter. I'm torn on what to do, but I don't think I'll completely disappear.

Thanks for putting many smiles on my face. Love you guys. Sincerely, Tim.

P.S. The gray backdrop is our December sky. This picture took 66 layers to finish. WAY too ambitious of a picture project, but you can't say it's not colorful.
