Dick Gaughan

This is a shot of Scottish Folk Music legend Dick Gaughan playing a gig in Kinross at Backstage at the Green. Excellent show with Dick performing superbly, thundering through Both Sides the Tweed, Now Westlin Winds, Different Kind of Love Song and a few more.
All now overshadowed for me by the events in Glasgow, where around 10.25pm a police helicopter crashed into the Clutha Vaults pub which was packed with punters also out watching a gig, just like I was. I found out about it when I came home from this one and I've no words in me that can articulate what I felt like. Luckily, no horror stopped me coming home to partner and family. I've been in the Clutha many, many times, having a beer and watching bands, tho not for a good few years now that I'm living up in Fife.
